Here is a quick insight into the boards that we supply and their uses. With so many sheet materials on offer its sometimes difficult to know which board suits your needs best so i hope that this quick guide helps.
Medium density fibreboard OR MDF is a strong durable board that has many many uses internally. Ideal for furniture making, boxing in, end panels, shelving and panelling, MDF is smooth faced and at various thickness's it is a great all rounder. Paintable to the colour of your choice if used in a decorative or homely setting or left in its plain raw state if used in sheds or garages. Thinner MDF is also great for model making as its easy to cut and work with. Flexible MDF is great for creating arcs or curves in your design so creating an alcove for instance would be easy using this board.
