How to make my bed more comfortable

How to make my bed more comfortable

Sleep is a very important part of the day, its our recovery period its our mental repair time its our reward for a long hard day so lets not jeopardise good sleep with an uncomfortable bed.

Any health expert will tell you the importance of a good 7- 8 hours of quality sleep without it comes illness, stress, poor mental health and many more issues.

The quality of your sleep will depend on a few things but mainly the condition of your bed, an uncomfortable bed will not aid good sleep at all you will wake un-unrested, achy and probably grumpy.

A properly supported mattress is key to comfort, wonky bed slats or an old divan base aren't a solid foundation for your mattress making it dip and sink into gaps. Our firm support mattress panels prevent the mattress dip giving your bed a firmer feel when you get in it no new base or mattress needed. A firmer sleep space allows your body to fully rest in a position that wont encourage morning aches and actually helps digestion. Your body repairs and works better overnight when your body position is well supported.

Memory foam mattress's require ventilation to stop them suffering damp patches and eventually mould preserving the lifespan of your mattress and preventing odours. Our ventilated mattress support panels offer a great support whilst also allowing airflow and ventilation to your mattress basically an all rounder. Hand routed slits in the boards allow plenty of clean air to reach the mattress and for air to escape keeping the freshness of a new mattress for longer.

Whilst we cannot help with what life throws at you daily, we cant control your environment but we can definitely make a difference to your sleep quality by supplying you with either of this mattress support options.
