As a small / independent online business we rely heavily on our online appearance to get us new custom and sales.
Feedback and Google reviews is a fantastic tool to gauge the reliability of a business before giving it your custom and I myself use it a lot when making purchases from somewhere new.
While everyone is entitled to opinion and feedback, I just worry the power the keyboard has over a small independent business a moment of frustration can cause unseen damage to someone's livelihood and future.
Its very true that the public don't often leave reviews unless its bad so your 99.9% of successful sales and perfect customer service rarely gets to shine its that 0.1% that gets the glory !!!
Moral of the story is if a business has done good please please shout about it ( on google reviews or Amazon wherever you can) ....and if you do a worker gets to happy dance at their desk and you get to feel all warm inside and that business may also attract some new custom based on your words
